Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated general production workers for an injection mold company specializing in products for appliances, automotive, electronics, and more. Our main customer is a leading manufacturer of refrigerator parts.

Responsibilities

  • Pull parts off large presses

  • Perform small piece assembly

  • Operate various machines simultaneously

  • Conduct light industrial work (lifting a maximum of 15 lbs, typically lighter)

  • Stand and move for 8-10 hours a day

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain attention to detail to ensure correct number and type of parts are stacked per pallet (e.g., 15 per pallet)

Work Environment

Work in a large warehouse environment that can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. The pace is fast, with high demands from our main customer. Join a team of 20-30 operators on each shift. Dress code is laid back: t-shirts or long sleeves, closed-toe shoes, jeans or sweatpants (no strings), no holes, must be clean, and shorts are allowed in the summer. Shift options include: 1st shift (7:00am - 3:00pm, Monday-Friday), 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm, Monday-Friday), and 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:00am, Sunday-Thursday). Rotating weekends required, with candidates needing to be available for overtime work on one weekend day a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Branch, Iowa.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00
