Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Seeking a motivated individual to join our team and work as a team member to operate and maintain various equipment in a safe and productive manner. Responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on equipment.

  • Bonus: $3,000 total: paid out $1,000 at 30 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1,000 at 9 months

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:

  • Complete inspections and preventative maintenance on facility’s equipment

  • Perform troubleshooting and equipment repair

  • Maintain all required paperwork including but not limited to quality check, production reports and inventory documentation

  • Adhere to good manufacturing practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Technical degree or at least 2-3 years of equivalent experience is strongly preferred

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

  • Ability to communicate written and orally in English.

  • Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.

  • Willing and able to work overtime.

  • Willing and able to work various shifts.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

SKILLS:

  • Knowledge and experience utilizing computerized maintenance management systems

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical components

  • Understanding of predictive and preventative maintenance

  • Use of digital technology

  • Lockout Tagout processes
