1st shift | Full Time | Long Term Opportunities

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, where they will be welding and fabricating metal products and machinery for a variety of industries, including construction, agricultural, industrial, and automotive. You will be primarily MIG welding on steel. You will also need to be comfortable reading blueprints to ensure accuracy in your work.

  • Weld and build custom metal products out of steel

  • Fabricate metal using manual or CNC machinery, such as mills, lathes, lasers, and plasma cutters

  • Inspect welds and assemblies against blueprints and customer specs

  • Finish work, such as grinding, sanding, or polishing

  • Using cranes or forklifts to lift and move materials and products

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Blueprint reading skills

  • Knowledge of weld symbols

  • 1+ years MIG welding experience

  • Shop math (decimals, fractions)

  • Measuring (using a tape measure, calipers, micrometers)

  • Fabrication experience preferred

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
