\ Position Title: Project Coordinator\ Location: Waterloo, IA, 50613-8000\ Duration: 07/10/2023 to 07/09/2025\ \ \ Description:\ \ Represents a business group on strategic and tactical project teams and serves as the point of contact for issues to ensure that the needs of the group are known, defined and met. Duties: Represent the business group on project teams and serves as the point of contact. Evaluates, develops and implements new processes and policies to maximize operating efficiencies and satisfy business requirements. Develops and defines requirements for projects. Develops and executes test plans and timelines to enable smooth and timely project implementations. Develops and updates department-specific forms, contracts or manuals; Coordinates communication with appropriate personnel or customers. Creates and updates spreadsheets and databases to track statistical data. Creates documentation and training materials. May provide training on updated processes and policies. Assists the business group with daily job responsibilities as needed.\ \ PDP Project Coordinator:\ \ Your Responsibilities\ \ Create and update spreadsheets and databases to track and order parts\ Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules with internal departments and external suppliers\ Organize experimental builds\ \ Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.\ \ What Skills You Need\ Excellent communicator, who thrives on solving problems, meeting schedules, and working collaboratively with large teams\ Experience working with distributed teams across locations, time zones, and geographies\ Flexibility to work variable schedules to support teams in alternate time zones\ Attentive to details\ \ What Makes You Stand Out\ Experience managing large steams of data\ Comprehension of product Bill of Material (BOM) management and configurations\ Familiarity with engineering change control processes and visualization tools (e.g. CreoView)\ Proficiency communicating with cross functional teams (e.g. supply management, engineering, and operations)\ \ Education\ Technical/Business Administration Degree or equivalent related work experience (four or more years relevant work experience)\
