The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve existing data tools and processes

• Assist team in identifying issues and proposing resolutions

• Gather, review, and analyze information

• Support multiple departments in their daily functions

• Produce a variety of correspondence and reports in support of department processes

• Learn and apply company engineering policies and practices; learns company products

This position is not available to students on immigration visas.

What Skills You Need

• Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in a computer science, management information systems, manufacturing technology, engineering or related discipline; others may apply

• Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. local accredited college/university

• Graduation date of May 2025 or later

• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above

• Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly

• Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly

• Must be able to commute to the work location in Waterloo, Iowa, on a daily basis year-round

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to make decisions

• Demonstrated ability to manage workload, including tasks and projects

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, or Minitab software

• Product knowledge related to drivetrain assemblies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
