Duration 3 months, plus possible extensions

Shift Must be willing to work the shifts below: 1st Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST (May to the end of assignment) 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM CST (March and April) 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM CST (March and April) Willingness to work irregular and overtime hours on Saturdays as needed March-April.

Summary Support our automation manufacturing processes by monitoring automation, troubleshooting equipment, and managing inventory at our Urbandale, IA location Stand, bend, and reach for extended hours, as well as lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Perform safety inspections and submit hazard recognitions and safety suggestions, as needed Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement Assist in other projects and perform other duties as requested in Urbandale

Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams Utilize Microsoft Office software and ability to learn internal software programs Ability to take constructive feedback and coaching Ability to adhere to all compliance and safety policies

Preferred Qualifications Supply chain production or manufacturing discipline High throughput production experience Forklift operation experience Agriculture research or production experience
