Aventure Staffing Production Workers in Spirit Lake, Iowa
Production Worker $17.50-$20.50 Plus $2,600 Hiring Bonus and $250 when you work weekends!
Monday-Thursday, Overtime available on Friday and Saturday.
Day shift: Monday - Friday, 6am-4pm
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:25pm - 2:55am
Aventure Staffing is now hiring for Rosenboom in Spirit Lake, IA! Rosenboom is a well-established facility that specializes in the manufacturing on hydraulic cylinders. No experience needed! Positions offer various types of work from Assembly to CNC Machining. We are looking for motivated individuals that understand the responsibility of working smartly to create a safe working environment. Production workers are eligible for a $2,600 hiring bonus! Responsibilities:
Work as a team to manufacture quality hydraulic cylinders.
Read blueprints to ensure parts are in compliance
May setup and operate a CNC lathe, CNC mill, and robot welder equipment.
Willing to train!
Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
6+ months of continuous manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay: $17.50-$20.50/hr
