A large company with a strong presence in Sioux City, IA has an immediate opening for an advanced level industrial maintenance technician. In this position with our company, you will have the chance to work on a variety of equipment and use your industrial maintenance knowledge. You will be working on different machinery and large boilers, doing general welding, and performing preventative maintenance. You also may be required to do some electrical maintenance as well. This company provides year-round work and is willing to pay for someone who can step in right away and do the job. This position is great for someone looking to further their career in industrial maintenance!

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and fix company machines

• Perform preventative maintenance

• Replace motors, belts, conveyors, and more

• Comply with all required safety policies

• Perform maintenance on all machines

• Work on large boiler systems

• General building and facility maintenance

• Perform electrical maintenance when needed

• Help operate machines at times

• Perform general welding

Hours :

• 5:00 am - 5:00 pm

• 2-2-3 schedule

Pay :

• $28-40/hr Dependent On Experience

• Full Benefits Package (Health, Dental, 401k, PTO, etc.)

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

• Boiler's license preferred

• Previous welding experience

• Extensive mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance knowledge

• Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
