Production Workers
Duro-Last Roofing is the world\'s largest manufacturer of prefabricated roofing systems. We are looking for production candidates who are eager to learn and grow within our company! This is a 1^st^ shift opening, with starting pay at \$18!!
Position Responsibilities:
- Make high quality products, free of defects, to fulfill customers\' needs and expectations
- Learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing procedures
- Accurately complete all required production paperwork
- Attend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetings
- Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guests
- All other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
- Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
- Bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
- Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
- Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
