MAINTENANCE WORKERStart Date: July 1, 2023REPORTS TO:Director of Operations
HOURS OF WORK:Monday-Friday
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Complete minor adjustments, repairs and scheduled maintenance as needed (to include using hand tools, small power tools, gardening tools, various types of pipe, wire, lumber, building materials, cleaning supplies, ladders and scaffolds, caulking, changing light bulbs and ceiling tiles, clearing clogged drains and toilets, monitoring boilers and heating/ventilation systems, adjusting thermostats)
Perform seasonal ground work and maintain grounds (to include trimming hedges, litter pick-up, sidewalk and playground care, snow removal of entry ways, maintenance of parking lots, driveways and fencing, maintenance of pond, trash pick-up, furniture moving, installation of new furniture and equipment, scheduled other maintenance)
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors, fixtures, self or others
