Seldin Company Lead Apartment Maintenance Professional in Missouri Valley, Iowa
Seldin Company is seeking a Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Kovar Court, Christiansen Meadows, and Woodland Estates apartment communities in Missouri Valley, IA., Woodbine, IA., and Harlan, IA. This is a HUD/Tax Credit property group with 110 units. This position will pay up to $23 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.

What You Will Do
The Lead Service Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
Three to four years of related experience or training
Ability to work independently
EPA or HVAC certification is required
Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
