What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal plant performance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs

• Lead and mentor maintenance team members to enhance their skills and performance

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly

Work Environment

• Industrial plant setting with exposure to various environmental conditions

• Requires physical activity, including walking, climbing, and lifting

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
