The Fulfillment Associate, Real Estate Search , works in a fast paced environment researching and obtaining online commercial property records to meet our customer's requirements. Work with team to ensure daily workload is completed on-time and with high-quality results
Adhere to state or county rules for public record filings using a guided internal system
Willingness to develop career skills as applicable to the position and career trajectory
Contribute to atmosphere of continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures as you grow with the position
Minimal direct customer contact required; mainly email communication as needed
Make well informed and timely decisions to meet client expectations and requirements
At least three-years' work experience: real estate, mortgage, banking, or title company is required.
High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree and above highly preferred.
Able to work and support a 100% remote/work from home job.
Experience with real estate property records is highly desired.
Solid customer service skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook along with excellent data entry skills.
Comfortable learning and working on internal systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to manage and prioritize demands from multiple sources, external and internal
Ability to multitask and demonstrate ability to problem solve.
Excellent analytical, organizational, time management and problem solving. skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
