Aerotek Assembler $21.50+/hr Weekly Pay+Benefits in Gurnee, Illinois

Job Description:

  • Performs work required for the assembly of components.

  • Performs routine work in all production areas with limited supervision.

  • Ensures quality of products using standard operating procedures, templates, training and supervision.

  • Must perform all duties in a professional manner and work as a member of a team.

  • Ability to work with 8 to 10 people on a line switching tasks every few hours.

  • Able to sit or stand during shift.

  • Routine and repetitive work.

SHIFTS & PAY :

  • 2nd shift: 2pm-10pm

  • 3rd shift: 10pm-6am

  • Monday-Friday

Training schedule:

  • 1-day training on 1st shift

Attendance Policy:

  • Strict attendance policy. After 3 occurrences candidates will be terminated

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • ENTRY LEVEL

  • Ability to read and write in English

  • Ability to work in a large manufacturing site with 1,000 other coworkers

  • Ability to do highly repetitive work and work independently
