"Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to, reviewing all procedures and updating master procedures with approved changes. Sort and file completed procedures. Must have working knowledge of the following: Industrial machinery' / applications, Microsoft applications, and CMMS systems. Establish and maintain daily job status, update system and identify resource requirements to meet operational needs. Establish and communicate the schedule while working with the site to optimize resource leveraging opportuniti es. Collect, monitor, and review perfonnance measures to improve scheduling effectiveness such as: back log, scheduling compliance, plan vs actual, delays, contractor head count, need date compliance, etc, Ensures back log is managed and work order need dates are being met, enabling plant operations to meet the plan Ensure proper judgement is established in job scheduling for optimal scheduling and completion ofjobs with fewest resources. Knowledge of shutdown windows and opportunities (local and site) within the production facility for scheduling preparation. Maintain adherence to published work schedule and be available to work overtime as required by the demands ofthe job. Maintain commumcation with supervisor regarding unresolved work issues, personnel issues, and employee complaints.
