RFA Engineering Material Coordinator in Dubuque, Iowa

RFA Engineering ( is seeking a Material Coordinator to plan and schedule the transfer of raw materials, parts, and products to meet production schedules. This is a full time position at our client’s location in Dubuque, IA. Remote capabilities are possible after initial training period.

Material Coordinator


  • Work cross-functionally to remedy material flow issues

  • Process non-conforming components to return to suppliers

  • Identify root causes of mature blocked stock

  • Implement corrective action to reduce amount of blocked stock

  • Communicate with suppliers to determine cost of rework versus replacement

  • Help prepare for annual and ISO audits

  • Develop and deliver NC area audit report

  • Create purchase orders in SAP
