FACILITIES TECHNICIAN / SUPPLY ROOM & FACILITIES COORDINATOR (Direct Hire with IMMEDIATE AWESOME BENEFITS)

What You Will Be Doing in this FACILITIES TECHNICIAN / SUPPLY ROOM & FACILITIES COORDINATOR:

• Fulfilling Supply Room and supplies, equipment for new hires.

• Coordinating errands. YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND BE INSURABLE TO DRIVE A COMPANY CAR.

• Handling Mailroom issues and Mail inbound and outbound

• Equipment and Hardware set up Laptops, Desktops, & Peripheral support. MUST be able to lift 50 lbs

• Be able to maneuver a Freight cart by yourself.

• Set up meeting rooms for onsite meetings in conference rooms.

• Restock break rooms and supplies.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, superiors and business contacts in a professional and courteous manner

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong listening skills to follow detailed instructions.

• Aptitude for providing superior customer care and WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO SUPPORT EXECUTIVES, MANAGERS AND STAFF.

• Support multiple buildings.

• Ability to work in a large environment.

• Must exhibit dependability, adaptability, and flexibility

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues

• High level of comfort speaking on the telephone

• We’re looking for someone who wants to stay in a Facilities support type of a role long-term. You must love customer support, interacting with STAFF.

This is a Perm Direct hire position with one of our client companies in the Ames, IA area.
