Job Description

I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.

The Sourcing Operations Specialist will assist the Strategic Sourcing team by managing and maintaining many of the company's programs and team's internal databases, while providing support with project tasks. The position requires ongoing collaboration with various business groups and team members. Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills are required for this position.

II. Essential Job Functions

Sourcing Administration

  • Assist the Strategic Sourcing team in sourcing and operational projects
  • Maintain the company's contract repository
  • Proficiently use technology, with advanced skills in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Prepare analytical reports to support strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Conduct invoice and spend data mining.
  • Manage internal project records and report the financial impact data


Program Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the company's corporate credit card program
  • Perform financial analysts of credit card and invoice spend on a month, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Ensure policy is followed by reviewing cardholder statements and receipts.
  • Assist in managing the company's office supply and small parcel package program.
  • Conduct compliance audits and problem-solving activities for the company's contingent workers.


III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting preferred)


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a related field (Procurement, Operations, Finance)

  • Works effectively with all levels and collaborates with team members.
  • Must have ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
  • Excels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word and PowerPoint
