Job Description

We are hiring for general laborers/insulation technicians for a piping and HVAC company that is quickly growing out of Davenport, IA. Candidates looking to get their foot in the door with construction/carpentry and enjoy working with smaller teams should apply! One of their most notable projects was insulating the University of Iowa's swimming pool facility!

Responsibilities

• Load and unload insulation on construction job sites.

• Measure insulation to ensure accurate cuts before installation.

• Install pipe insulation on commercial, industrial, and apartment complexes.

• Insulate ductwork, which requires more precision and attention to detail.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of labor experience

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Have a valid drivers license and willingness/ability to drive to locations as far as Iowa City and Clinton (will be paid mileage).

Additional Information:

• 1st shift / 7a - 4pm / Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS!

• Weekly pay + full benefits offered (medical/dental/vision)
