Job Description:

SUMMARY

The Field Operations Technician for the StreetBond business unit is responsible for assisting the Operations team in the field evaluation, and issue resolution, of delivery new and innovative services. This individual will have the most working knowledge of our products and related technologies. This role may also assist in testing “real world” StreetBond installations/applications and interfacing with customers to understand their experiences and resolve any issues they may express.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Field Operations

  • Conduct and execute product problem identification and resolution processes

  • Complete inspection of jobs (e.g., guarantee and warranty, complaints, maintenance cadence)

  • Perform product demonstrations (e.g., approval and certification)

  • Participate and lead in technical training sessions

  • Report regularly on projects within region

  • Understand and comply with safety regulations and requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of pavement and pavement coating systems, including performance qualities

  • Familiarity with GSuite, Intuitive Inspection app, and relevant technologies

  • Minimum of 5+ years of pavement or pavement coating application experience

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

  • Familiarity with drone surveillance and flight experience a plus
