RAKA Field Technician - $10,000 Hiring Bonus - Handling in Clear Lake, Iowa

We’re looking for a Field Technician to perform field service and repairs on customer forklift and material handling equipment. You’ll primarily be working independently driving a company provided service truck to the customer’s place of operations, but you’ll always have the support of the entire RAKA team. Essential & Primary Job Duties Remove, install, repair, disassemble, assemble, and perform failure analysis of all forklift and material handling equipment including engines, attachments, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, and electronic and computer applications. Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair most types and brands of lifts Read and understand schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems Perform proper preventative maintenance in a timely manner Work in a variety of customer locations and industry environments Accurately complete service reports on a daily basis Tell Us About Yourself We are interested in knowing the nuts and bolts of who you are, so tell us about your proud moments and accomplishments that got you to where you are today.
