SATVINDER SINGH Staff Electronics Technician in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Job Title: Staff Electronics TechnicianDuration: 6+ Months (Possible Extension)Shift: 3:30 to 11:30 pmNote:They will support the F-22 program testing top level and possibly sub-level assembliesMust have their own basic set of hand tools for electronicsJob Responsibilities:This is a 2nd shift position supporting factory transition running automated test equipment, testing, and troubleshooting. Note: initial training will be on day shiftWill have the ability to solder, build, test, and troubleshoot/debug electronics assembliesCan apply advanced skills and knowledge to solve tasks.Adapts to new procedures, techniques, and tools quickly; is willing and able to share knowledge to promote a good learning environment.Although frequently works autonomously, can work in a team environment with good oral and writing skills.Interfaces well with key customers on complex systems or processes; able to improve upon existing processes and practices.Regularly solves complex problems and serves as a resource on varied tasks.Regularly Demonstrates qualities of a successful Leader. Works under minimal supervision as needed.Regularly leads by example utilizing "soft" people skills.Basic Qualifications:An AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 8 years of relevant experience is required ORA Bachelor's degree in the appropriate discipline and 2 years of relevant experience.Must be a U.S. CitizenMust have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
