Hiring Mechanical Maintenance Techs in Cedar Rapids

Job Description:

  • Preventative maintenance and servicing on production machinery and related equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair components of pneumatic, hydraulic, compressor, steam, and vacuum systems

  • Read and interpret blueprints to tear down and reassemble machinery

  • Assemble and install equipment, layout modifications

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Reliable transportation

  • Blueprint reading

  • Experience with a wide variety of hand and power tools

  • Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

  • Able to stand, walk, crouch, kneel, bend for extended periods of time

  • Welding/fabrication experience preferred, not required
