Job Description

We are seeking 6 product inspector finishers for our Cascade business unit, needed across three different shifts due to a rushed customer order. This role involves a 6-8 week assignment with potential for permanent employment based on attendance and trainability. Responsibilities include assembling and inspecting portable plastic eyewash cleaners, trimming excess material, using handheld tools to meet specifications, and inserting small components. Training will be provided for those unfamiliar with using handheld routers.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Cascade, Iowa.

Work Environment

Non-climate controlled production facility. Three shifts available: 1st Shift: 7am - 3pm, 2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm, 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am. Dress code is casual (shorts and short sleeve shirts allowed, closed-toe shoes required). The team is tight-knit, consisting of 12-15 members per shift, including managers.
