Danfoss in Ames has an opening for a 2ndshift Team Coordinator.The hours for this position are Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm with the potential for overtime.**This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus**Team Coordinators facilitate communications from supervision/planning to the production team while ensuring a safe working environment; providing customers with quality products on time; upholding strict compliance with all Danfoss and production floor policies; conducting daily shift meetings; and maintaining orderly, clean, and organized work areas according to 5S standards.
