Shift: 3rd or Weekend Warrior

Description:

• This position inspects parts from many suppliers for all the business areas/assembly lines in the building. Knowledge of machining processes and techniques will be used to evaluate parts using gages, comparators, gravimetric testing, hardness testing, other inspection equipment as needed and visual checks..

• Knowledge and ability to effectively use gauges such as: thread gauge, micrometer, caliper and can be trained on the Faro arm.

• Able to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to review production data. Can analyze data by plotting graphs and reviewing trends in excel.

• Assist in measuring and inspecting parts for quality.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

General computer skill.

Previous experience as a Quality Technician, Quality analyst, or equivalent is a plus but not required.
