Story City, IA - Wages Starting At $20

Description:

-Working within small groups of 3-7 to complete project to move down assembly line

-Operate electric power tools, including circular saws, drills, grinders, plasma cutters

-Operate pneumatic power tools including riveting guns, huck guns, drills, grinders, sanders, cut-off grinders, punches, air hammers, rivet clinchers

-Weld aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel (do not have to know how to weld for all positions)

-Operate press brakes, shears, drill presses, band saws, hydraulic iron workers, radial arm saws, hydraulic hoists, overhead cranes

Skills Used In Position:

-Use of power and pneumatic tools

-Welding (Can be trained on)

-Fabrication (Can be trained on)

-Mechanical repairs

Additional Qualifications:

-No required certifications, education, or experience

-Ability to want to learn how to use hand tools, power tools, weld/fabricate, etc...training provided!

  • 50 HOURS PER WEEK! (Time and a half after 40 hours completed)
