Job Title: Production Operator
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the mill. Your duties will include cleaning floors and removing products, handling product, and ensuring proper set-up and operation of equipment. You will read, assess, troubleshoot, and adjust, and monitor production parameters to maintain peak efficiency. A good understanding of flow sheets is essential.
Responsibilities
Clean and remove products from floors
Set up and arrange equipment for proper operation
Read, assess, troubleshoot, and adjust when necessary
Understand and manage all other flows and flow sheets
Monitor and regulate production parameters to ensure peak efficiency
Essential Skills
1+ years of experience in production
General working knowledge of computers
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable standing for the entire shift
General labor skills

Work Environment
This is a very warm environment. However, there is an air-conditioned control room where employees spend about 30-40% of their time. Your will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, and you will work independently alongside two other production operators per shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
