Lake Mills Motor Sports II in ALGONA has an immediate opening for a full time setup person to work on ATVs, side by sides, and snowmobiles. Duties to be performed include but are not limited to: setting up new machines, performing oil changes, performing miscellaneous minor service work on machines as needed to meet customer demand, and assisting the mechanic and front desk as needed. * Experience in the power sports industry is preferred, but we are willing to train a mechanically-inclined person who has a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. * Applicant would be required to provide their own hand tools and toolbox and must have a valid driver's license. * Applicant must be able to consistently display a high level of customer service, a strong work ethic, a concern for safety, positivity and professionalism in the workplace, a high level of efficiency, a willingness to learn, and must be able to work as part of a team. * Computer usage is required in this position. * Full time position is 40 hrs/week with wage based on experience. * Part time position possible with wage based on experience and scheduled hours.
